We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before making a booking.

1. Cancellation 3+ Days Before Service Date

If you cancel your booking at least 3 days before the scheduled service date, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. No penalty will be applied.

2. Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before Service Date

If you cancel your booking less than 3 days before the scheduled service date, a penalty of 25% of the original booking amount will be deducted. The remaining 75% will be refunded.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled service without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

5. Exceptions

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact our support team. We will review each case individually and may offer alternative arrangements or full refunds at our discretion.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number. Cancellation requests must be made directly through our support channels.

7. Cancellation by Colors Town

If Colors Town cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a convenient time.
