When you book a service at one of our branches, activities are typically available during our working hours. Our team will confirm the exact time and date within 24 hours of your booking.

For at-home or at-venue services, our team will arrive and set up at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Setup includes all materials, decorations, and equipment needed for the activity.

Camping bookings are confirmed within 24 hours. Detailed instructions, location maps, and preparation guidelines will be sent to you at least 48 hours before your camping date.

After placing your booking, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours via phone call or WhatsApp. Our team will verify all details and confirm the final schedule.

We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance for standard services and 5 days in advance for large events or camping experiences to ensure full availability.

In rare cases of delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, our team will notify you immediately and arrange a suitable alternative time at no additional cost.
